Our consultants have the expertise to apply the Search process to projects through industry intelligence. Through Search, we complete a detailed research project allowing us to proactively establish contact with suitable candidates currently holding equivalent positions in companies whose business is sufficiently synergetic to that of our client but may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.

Exploratory conversations with targeted candidates will yield an initial short list for interview. Candidates during their interview will be put through different “Scientific Skill Tests” which will further give us a better idea on how well they match the skills and knowledge base required for the position in question. Candidates that are considered by HRSI to be most suited to the position criteria are short listed; and summarized for our client through detailed candidate profiles.

 
     
 

HRSI consultants will facilitate final interviews and are available to liaise with the successfully selected candidate on behalf of the client, regarding an offer of employment.

 
 
 
 
 
HRSI is based in Karachi but offers recruitment services in all major cities of Pakistan, including Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sukkur and Rawalpindi.  We are centrally located within close proximity to most business and industrial centers together with easy access and parking facilities.

Murad Mashooqullah

Working as a Partner and consultant  at HRSI since its inception, Murad has over 6 years experience in a large Multinational pharmaceutical corporation in various marketing and corporate communication roles. He also has around 2 years experience in account management with one of the largest advertising agencies in Pakistan. Murad started his career in 1989 with a large national group manufacturing and marketing textile made-ups for the Pakistan market; here he was holding middle to senior positions in marketing & sales. He has an MBA in marketing from IBA Karachi and a Bachelors in Economics and Math's. He has attended various leadership and management courses both in Pakistan and overseas.

 
   
Shafi Parekh

Shafi Parekh comes with over 40 years of experience in Supply-Chain management with MNCs and privately held companies within Pakistan and the US. Through his career, he has been involved in major HR and OD policy development and realignment, like spearheading the development of a comprehensive performance management system with General Mills Inc. and the planning and implementation of two successful high performance work systems.

Shafi Parekh’s experience in direct HR spans over 7 years. He spent three years with a US firm Judge, Inc. in their Dallas, Texas office. Judge is headquartered in Pennsylvania and specialized in placements in the Food industry.  His Pakistan experience spans over three years. His expertise is in the area of Supply Chain and Finance.

Shafi Parekh is also a partner in a HRSI sister concern Training and Development Solutions International, TDSI. He is the first trainer licensed by CPP, the only licensors of MBTI to administer and interpret The Myers Briggs Type Indicator or MBTI. He also conducts Psychometric assessments via CPI 260 which stands for California Psychological Inventory and does Strong assessments based career counseling for students as well as all levels of management.

As one of the consultants at HRSI, Baneen brings with her more than seven years of experience in the field of advertising and human resource, five years of which were spent with the one of country’s top multinational FMCG company. As a team member of high budget brands she developed good insight in sales, marketing and different aspects of production and product development.

She has a Master’s degree from Karachi University and has attended several graduate courses in the United States.
